Pursuant to RCW 39.33.020, East Pierce Fire & Rescue hereby gives NOTICE of a forthcoming public hearing regarding the sale of surplus district real property. The surplus district property is located at 10105 24th Street East, Edgewood (parcel number 0420091157). The surplus property is set to be sold to the City of Edgewood for public use by the City. The date of the public hearing on this sale is May 21, 2024 at 7:00 PM. The public hearing will be located at 18421 Veterans Memorial Drive E, Bonney Lake and VIRTUALLY HERE. Citizens are invited to attend said public hearing and give public comment.

This Notice was published in the Tacoma News Tribune on May 8, 2024 and within a one-block radius of the area where the aforementioned property is located.
